"This aquamarine burst Santana II Private Stock guitar was designed and handmade by Joseph Knaggs, Dave Hazel, Rick Hancock, Danny Dedo, Dana Seidman, Rich Hubbard, Michael Byle, Scott Bloomfield, Brian Lutz, Rich Schaefer, Kenny Dennis, Eric Granroth, and me (Paul Reed Smith).
The woods, including a quilted maple top, African mahogany back, figured South American mahogany neck, ebony fingerboard, and a quilted maple headstock veneer were carefully picked from my private stock for sound and remarkable figure. Other Features, such as green ripple abalone Private Stock eagle and bird inlays with 14 karat gold outlines as well as a green ripple abalone Santana OM Symbol on the truss rod cover add to this guitar's special appeal.
